General Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once on the first deposit.

• Wagering requirements are generally 20–30 times the bonus amount.
• Some games do not contribute, or only partially contribute, toward bonus wagering requirements.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time.

All game outcomes on kux8 are determined by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, ensuring that every result is completely random and cannot be predicted in advance.

• If your internet connection drops during a game, the result will be saved on the server.
• If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error, kux8 reserves the right to determine the outcome of that bet.
• If a game contains a programming error and abnormal winnings are obtained by exploiting it, those winnings will be considered void.

You can request to close your kux8 account at any time. Your account will be closed within 48 hours of the request, and any outstanding balance will be refunded.

Kux8 may close or suspend your account in the following circumstances:
